Creating a Signature File in Netscape
Create your signature file using any text editor or word processing application (such as Microsoft Word or Notepad). Save the file to your hard drive. Open the Netscape browser and select Preferences from the Nescape Edit menu. Choose Mail & Newsgroups Identity. Check the box next to Signature File and use the choose or browse button to scan your drive for the signature file you created. The next time you send an e-mail from Netscape the signature file will appear automatically at the bottom of your message.

Creating a Signature File in Eudora E-Mail

For both the Windows and Mac versions, select Signature from the Window menu. An empty Signature window appears. Type in the text for your signature. Close the Signature window. You will be prompted to save the file. Click on Save. Modify your signature file at any time by following the same procedure. The next time you send a message be sure the Signature feature is turned on by selecting its icon at the top of the New Message screen. (The signature icon looks like someone's handwritten initials.) Note: Your Eudora signature block is not visible to you when you are sending a message.
