SITE COST:$29.68 for 2 nights ($14.84 per night includes tax)
RALLY FEE:$10.00 per person
Total cost for two people is $49.68. Total cost for one person is $39.68.

Rally Fee includes cost of Friday night catered fried chicken dinner with tax and tip,
Saturday & Sunday continental breakfast, disposable plates, utensils and napkins.
Beverages are not included — please bring your own beverage to all group meals.

ALL OUR SITES AT OH! KENTUCKY CAMPGROUND HAVE WATER, ELECTRIC & SEWER

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

On or before
August 30th		Payments will be fully refundable to anyone wanting to cancel prior to August 30th. The rally will be cancelled and all payments will be refunded if we do not have 13 or more confirmed and paid reservations as of August 30th. Refund checks for cancellations received prior to August 30th will be sent out before September 15th.
After
August 30th		Full payment will be refunded to those wanting to cancel only if we have 15 or more confirmed and paid reservations as of September 30th. Rally fee portion of payment will be refunded to those wanting to cancel if we have 14 or fewer confirmed and paid reservations as of September 30th. Refunds will be determined in order of receipt of cancellation notice. Refund checks for cancellations received after August 30th and before September 30th will be sent out between October 15th and October 31st.
On or after
September 30th		No refunds will be issued.
